CREATE YOUR OWN ROOM

It's easy to host your own Interact Event. Create a public debate on an issue dear to your organization, or hold a networking event for your geographically-dispersed audience. Follow the steps below to get started. If you host your own Interact Event prior to February 2011, you'll be able to do so for free until 2012!

Will this be a private or public event?

	Private Room ( Choose one )
	Only allow users who know the password to enter this room. You can make the link and password available to your organization, colleagues, students, fans, etc., and only they can enter.

	Public Room ( Choose one )
	Allow anyone interested in the discussion topic to join this room. You can tell individuals about the room, and users will also be able to find it by browsing our Interact Events section.

Choose the type of event that best suits your needs:

	Brainstorm
	Host a Brainstorming session to get a feedback or generate ideas. Users can take notes and submit them.

	Gathering
	Create a gathering for your friends, community, or organization.

	Matching
	Host a debate or conversation between two parties, participants can choose a side and they will automatically be matched up with the other group.

Limit the amount of time per interaction? (Having a time limit increases the number of interactions participants will have, but could decrease the depth of each interaction).
